The record

Public flight record

Screened near-field aircraft sessions around five Front Range airports. The totals include sessions compared with an airport’s published guidance, sessions needing more context, and sessions within the measures we can check. A geometric loop alone does not establish training, a landing, or a touch-and-go. These are not all airport operations.

Revised method, September 2026: Earlier records treated low passes and ordinary departures or arrivals as touch-and-goes. Read the dated correction and validation limits. Revised incident references carry R2.

What this record covers

Observation windows: 05:30–08:00 and 20:00–24:00 Mountain time. Midday is not collected. Coverage differs by airport and date, so raw totals do not measure all-day traffic or support direct comparisons of airport activity.

How to read the status

Potentially outside published guidance means the screening method found either a supported likely touch-and-go at a restricted hour or probable repeated low pattern passes after a published pattern hour. Track review is still needed. The programs are voluntary; this is no regulatory finding.

Rule match undetermined includes low near-field observations where ADS-B cannot establish a touch-and-go, Centennial’s per-flight cap when only a session count is known, and Rocky Mountain Metro’s night guidance when a flight-school departure cannot be established.

Within the measures checked means the session crossed no measure our data can establish. It does not certify compliance with every part of an airport’s program.

FAA registrants are registered owners, not necessarily the people or businesses that operated a flight. Private individuals are counted but never named.

There are 6,861 candidate near-field sessions in the reanalysis. The 6,192 published pages are the sessions retained for the public record; they contain 170 of the 175 supported likely touch-and-go events. Five events occur in candidate sessions without a published page. The supported-event total covers all candidate sessions, while the page count covers only published sessions.
